Shipping Policy

Average USPS shipping times for US-based deliveries:

Shipments are fulfilled Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 11am PST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day. We will email you with a shipment confirmation as soon as your package is on its way to you. 

Please note:  International shipments may take up to 30 calendar days for standard delivery.  BHRT Naturals is not responsible for updating tracking information.

Customer Refusal

We are not able to issue refunds on products that are refused or abandoned for any reason.

Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Duties and taxes are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. BHRT Naturals neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs

If your package (order) is seized, damaged or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund. If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.

Customs Restrictions and Prohibited Items

Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them. BHRT Naturals reserves the right to ship your order using a shipping method other than the one you have chosen, as we see fit.
