A refund of shipping charges for any reason is not included.

Please retain your proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider getting a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 business days.
